Because we gather certain types of information about The Locker Room World Wide, LLC ("TLR") users, we feel you should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. If you participate in TLR activities (event registration, message boards, etc.) on the TLR platform, you may be asked to register for a free ID and password and/or to provide information on event-registration forms. Unique identifiers, such as IDs and passwords, are collected to verify your identity and for use as account numbers in our record system. Your contact information may also be used to contact you when necessary for customer service reasons. Financial information that is collected is used only to bill you for products and services that you specifically request.

2. Personal Data

“Personal Data” is defined for purposes of this Privacy Policy as personally identifiable information that specifically identifies you as an individual.

Personal Data is normally collected to help TLR facilitate for you certain registration services and league tournament play through TLR. TLR does not collect any personal information from your visits to our site unless you provide this information voluntarily.

TLR may use your personal data to send messages to you with informative and/or commercial content about TLR’s services or third-party products and services TLR thinks may be of interest to you, such as new features and services, special offers, and updated information. We may send you email messages related to your transactions with us. We, and our promotional partners, may also send informational or promotional email messages to you.

Please note that certain features of the Services may be able to connect to your social networking sites to obtain additional information about you. In such cases, TLR may be able to collect certain information from your social networking profile when your social networking site permits it, and when you consent to allow your social networking site to make that information available to TLR.

By registering and uploading photos or videos, TLR maintains the right to use such media and information in marketing and advertising from athlete’s page.

TLR uses a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Credit card numbers are encrypted in TLR's secure database which is located behind a firewall. Personal information collected on TLR is stored in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public. All credit card and registration information supplied by users is transmitted via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. TLR's technology department conducts frequent site-security audits.

TLR follows generally accepted industry standards and maintains reasonable safeguards to attempt to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of the information in TLR’s possession. Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing for assistance. Cancellations must be submitted prior midnight on the 25th of the month to not be charged for the following month’s membership. Yearly memberships are available to cancel on a quarterly basis. Your account is accessible until the membership payment month or quarter expires. There are no refunds issued for any partial month.
